第1条（適用）第1条（适用范围）Article 1 (Application)

本規約は、開誠文旅（以下「当社」）が提供するやさしい会計（簡単会計）ソフトウェアおよび関連サービス（以下「本サービス」）の利用に関する条件を定めるものです。本条款规定了开诚文旅（以下简称"本公司"）提供的やさしい会計（简单会计）软件及相关服务（以下简称"本服务"）的使用条件。These terms set forth the conditions for use of やさしい会計 software and related services ("the Service") provided by Kaisei Bunryo ("the Company").

第2条（ライセンス）第2条（许可证）Article 2 (License)

• Starterプラン：買い切りライセンスです。ソフトウェアの使用権は永久に有効で、1ライセンスにつき1台のPCでご利用いただけます。なお、アップデート・法改正対応・メールサポートは初年度に含まれ、2年目以降は任意の更新契約（有償）にてご提供します。更新契約がない場合もソフトウェア本体および入力済みデータは引き続きご利用いただけます。Starter套餐：买断制许可证。软件使用权永久有效，每个许可证可在1台电脑上使用。更新、法改正对应及邮件支持包含在初年度内；第2年起通过可选的付费续期合约提供。即使没有续期合约，软件本体及已录入的数据仍可继续使用。Starter plan: A one-time (perpetual) license. Software usage rights are permanent, one license per PC. Updates, law-change support, and email support are included for the first year; from the second year they are offered under an optional paid renewal. Even without renewal, the software and your existing data remain usable.
• PC変更時は年1回まで無料で再発行いたします。更换电脑时每年可免费重新发放1次。License reissuance is free once per year when changing PCs.
• Business/Premiumプラン：年額制のサブスクリプションです。契約期間中はソフトウェアの利用権および税務サービスが含まれます。Business/Premium套餐：年付订阅制。合同期间包含软件使用权和税务服务。Business/Premium plans: Annual subscriptions including software usage rights and tax services during the contract period.

第3条（無料トライアル）第3条（免费试用）Article 3 (Free Trial)

インストール後30日間は全機能を無料でご利用いただけます。トライアル期間終了後は閲覧のみモードとなります。データは削除されません。安装后30天内可免费使用所有功能。试用期结束后将变为只读模式。数据不会被删除。All features are free for 30 days after installation. After trial expiration, view-only mode activates. Data is never deleted.

第4条（禁止事項）第4条（禁止事项）Article 4 (Prohibited Actions)

• ソフトウェアのリバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、改変软件的逆向工程、反编译、修改Reverse engineering, decompiling, or modifying the software
• ライセンスの第三者への転売・譲渡向第三方转售或转让许可证Reselling or transferring licenses to third parties
• 複数台のPCでの同時利用（1ライセンスにつき1台）在多台电脑上同时使用（每个许可证限1台）Simultaneous use on multiple PCs (one license per PC)
• 不正な方法によるライセンス認証の回避以不正当方式绕过许可证验证Circumventing license verification by unauthorized means

第5条（免責事項）第5条（免责声明）Article 5 (Disclaimer)

• 本ソフトウェアの使用により生じた損害について、当社は一切の責任を負いません。对于使用本软件造成的损害，本公司不承担任何责任。The Company bears no responsibility for damages arising from use of this software.
• データのバックアップはお客様の責任で行ってください。请客户自行负责数据备份。Data backup is the customer's responsibility.
• 税務サービスの結果について、当社は最善を尽くしますが、税務上の最終判断は税務署の見解に基づきます。关于税务服务的结果，本公司将尽最大努力，但税务上的最终判断以税务机关的意见为准。Regarding tax service results, we do our best, but final tax determinations are based on tax authority decisions.

第6条（返金）第6条（退款）Article 6 (Refunds)

30日間の無料トライアルがあるため、ライセンス購入後の返金は原則として対応しておりません。ソフトウェアの重大な不具合により利用不能な場合は個別にご相談ください。由于提供30天免费试用，购买许可证后原则上不予退款。如因软件重大故障导致无法使用，请单独联系我们协商。Due to the 30-day free trial, refunds after license purchase are generally not available. Please contact us if the software is unusable due to critical bugs.

第7条（サービスの変更・終了）第7条（服务变更/终止）Article 7 (Service Changes/Termination)

当社は、事前の通知をもって本サービスの内容を変更または終了することがあります。ソフトウェアはオフラインで動作するため、サービス終了後もお客様のPCで引き続きご利用いただけます。本公司可能在事先通知后变更或终止本服务内容。由于软件离线运行，即使服务终止后也可继续在您的电脑上使用。The Company may change or terminate the Service with prior notice. Since the software operates offline, it will continue to function on your PC even after service termination.

第8条（準拠法・管轄）第8条（适用法律/管辖）Article 8 (Governing Law/Jurisdiction)

本規約の解釈は日本法に準拠し、紛争が生じた場合は東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。本条款的解释适用日本法律，如发生争议，以东京地方法院为第一审专属管辖法院。These terms are governed by Japanese law. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction for any disputes.
